The longtime residence of Ma Baensch herring in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood has a new operator — just a pair of months after the building was shown for sale.
The two-story, 9,650-sq.-foot facility, at 1025 E. Locust St., was marketed for $625,000 to Fox Issue-dependent Bender-McNamara LLC, in accordance to state authentic estate information.
The new operator doesn’t yet have unique programs for redeveloping the residence, said Nathan Bernstein, registered agent for Bender-McNamara.
“We are just receiving our arms all-around it,” Bernstein reported.
The house, positioned in what he identified as a sturdy household neighborhood, has fantastic potential to be converted into some sort of “local community accumulating position,” Bernstein claimed.
That could contain this sort of uses as a cafe, brewery or espresso store.
